I have no idea if I'm add...Dear Mr. Sserwanga, <br />I have no idea if I'm addressing the right person, at all. But in summer I had the change to see a documentary on RTP Africa where a journalist (who I think was from Uganda, like yourself) investigated what happened to development aid funding for health care in Africa and why it didn't really work. He was extremely critical and addressed amongst others the health care minister in person about his concerns. I highly appreciated his intelligent opinion. I am a researcher for the Brussels University in Belgium and will be giving a workshop on the subject, which is why I would have liked to get in touch with this journalist/advocate. Is this you?
